purelyalpha asked: Hey, I'm having trouble getting my lats sore. My back routine consists of lat pull downs, dumbbell rows, cable rows, dead lifts, and occasionally some form of pull ups when I can do them... But my lats don't get sore. My trapezius will get sore fairly quick, but frm mid back and down is just a no-go. I do heavy weights with lower rep range, usually. Tips?

Pyramid of weights, all weights for 3 reps
1.45x body weight
1.55x body weight
1.65x body weight
1.8x body weight
1.9x body weight
